everything was excellent, affable staff, incredible location just off dunkeld over night, restaurants shops and walks and gardens. i got a spotless and modern room with central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea makers. a walk-in shower in the open bathroom was a plus. enjoyed the location handy to cafes etc. overall my stay was good and would come here again.

The room was very spacious and had a comfortable bed with excellent sheets and towels. the location was great, just across from a hotel where we had a delicious meal and walking distance from other lovely cafes. the room was well heated, which was much appreciated during the cold Easter weekend.

There were no breakfast facilities and no microwave or toaster in the room, which would have been convenient. there were some crumbs on the coffee table, which gave the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was spacious. The room had heating and cooling which made it cozy during our stay. we enjoyed being located in the heart of town which made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and cafes.

There was no microwave, toaster or plates and cutlery which made it difficult to prepare even a simple snack. we were surprised that there was no WiFi available, making it impossible to stay connected during our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located across the road from a few popular restaurants and cafes. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. the property had plenty of off-street parking available.

The lack of basic kitchen facilities such as cutlery, plates, and a toaster made it very difficult to have meals inside the room.
